One sales man started having a dig at me not collecting buyback .
One can presume they would sell it on with a very good profit .If not collected
But buy back is all he was wanted .Saying he is doing me a favour silly man.This branch has lost my spend good bye

I do not recommend it, I wanted to pawn my iPhone 8 plus, but they did not accept it, because the battery condition is 76%, and they sell phones with a battery condition of 74% in the store. If I wanted to sell it out of wanting to buy it for half free and sell it for £ 250, if you put the phone against collateral and you do not have a charger, they charge you £ 5 for your charger that does not fit the phone.

Staff are so stupid don’t even know the refund policy act 2015 but they sure do now absolutely disgusting attuide from staff that hide behind a counter and act hard well how did all that work out for you the fake manager who’s really a ass wiper what a disgusting woman who will get karma for her behaviour telling me I won’t get a refund for a item that could off killed my child and to laugh about it with her collage the parrot well after sending them a formal letter I gets a phone call telling me to go get my refund then I’m barred from the shop well woopy do who wants to shop in there when all they do is try and rob you we’ll get it up you I WON U LOST

I had shopped in the Ellesmere Port branch for at least 10 years and I have found that the staff are very friendly and helpful they always go the extra mile to help you. It is a real pleasure to shop here and I will continue to do so.

Have shopped online here quite a few times now and while most of the service has been great, shipping is quick and tracked.

but i have received items with faulty parts like chargers or consoles with stick drift which is a shame as these types of mistakes should not make it past the testing phase. They are also quite slow to reply which is a pain as items like chargers are essential to items like smartphones.

Avoid rochdale store , team don't know what they are doing. Customer service is a joke will never be using them again . They sell faulty items and avoid refunds

AVOID the Edinburgh Dalry store as these people are as close to daylight robbers you can get. Very uneducated staff that will lie to you about the value of your item to then lowball you with a ridiculous offer. If you show them you found more accurate information they then give you attitude. Save your self the hassle and the upset for having to deal with these people. Terrible customer service, and even worse prices. Avoid!!

Staff are only respectful and polite when they want to sell you something.
I found a fault with my product and was refunded rather rudely .
As I left I witnessed the staff be abusive to another customer that was disabled and their family had started an argument with cash generator as I exited.
Definitely not a place I want to go back to again. Very rude hostile environment ran by a group of hooligans.
The way they speak to people alone is antagonising and appaling. Avoid this place if you have any self respect.

Ordered an expensive 2nd hand phone from the Irvine branch. The advert said it came with cables/charger but the phone arrived without. The phone works well and was as described but I'm disappointed that the Irvine store don't reply to emails and that no charger was sent. Avoid if other items are available at a similar price from elsewhere.

Had a problem with Apple Watch, I emailed them and explained the problem, they have been fantastic in the returns and refund I haven’t one complaint about the customer service in Torquay store.

If you order online they keep your money for a couple of days then just cancel your order no explanation or apology. Scammers, I won't use there shops anymore.

I have been using cash gen for years and recently they have lost there way with customer, its used to be very friendly and customer focused now it's all about rules and can't do this can't do that I have been late loads on buys back before but never payed a late fee now they have introduced them and made thing much more expensive, I'm now honestly gonna think 4 5 times before putting anything in its like cash generator all of a sudden don't care about customer and just about money

Bought a Samsung galaxy tab s7 fe
Seem OK till it arrives it was the wrong model.
So obviously I wanted to return got some c*ck and bull storie about the post office been closed and would have to wait till Monday for it to be sorted.

Monday came and no returns label no phone call as promised nothing i had to contact the store again eventually got to speak to the manager and after all the waiting was told just return it and the postage cost will be refunded.

could have done this in the first place I suspect its what they do to every one make out they are trying to get a returns label sorted when infact there just stringing you along

just had a look on the website and the item is for sale again but they have not bothered to change the description so some one else will end up with the bloody thing.
